PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Our experienced fitters can repair both manual and automatic gearboxes as well as differential
units.
Exchange Transmissions
We stock an extensive range of remanufactured units in our warehouse for immediate despatch on
an exchange basis. These units will carry a 12 month warranty. In the event of a transmission
failure an exchange will keep your down time to a minimum. If a reconditioned unit is not available
we can offer you a repair or full overhaul of your own transmission as quickly and effectively as
possible.
Transmission Repairs
As an alternative to an exchange unit, we offer a repair service to your own failed transmission. We
can collect your transmission and following inspection, provide an estimate for the repair which
allows you to decide on the extent of work you wish to be carried out as quickly and effectively as
possible. The potential benefit to the customer could be a considerable saving against a fully
reconditioned unit.
We offer a nationwide collection and delivery service using our own company vehicles where
possible or next-day delivery couriers.
ECU control units
With the introduction of new technology and the increasing use of electronic control units (ECU) in
modern commercial vehicles we are able to offer testing and the supply of reconditioned ECU such
as ZF, Astronic GS3-GS3.3 and other manufacturers.
Parts
We stock a huge range of parts in our parts department which are used in-house to speed up the
repair process and we provide parts direct to customers who wish to rebuild their own
transmissions.
